The September announced Moto X have a new variant available in the
market. The new edition is dubbed as Motorola Moto X Pure Edition. The
smartphone is running on the Google’s latest Android lollipop. There is
no change on the specs-sheet but runs on Android v5.0 which will draw a
lot of attention since other Moto X handsets are yet to receive updates.

However, the new Motorola Moto X Pure Edition is only offering the latest OS. Rounding of the specifications, Motorola Moto X features 5.2 inch AMOLED display boasting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The Pure Edition runs on Android v5.0 OS. It measures 140.8 x 72.4 x 10 mm and weighs 144 g.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by 2.5GHz quad core Snapdragon 801 processor. In terms of memory, 2GB of RAM and 16GB/ 32GB internal storage.
The lollipop powered Moto X sports 2MP front snapper and 13-megapixel rear facing camera. Connectivity-wise, the smartphone supports 4G LTE/3G (HSDPA), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.0, A-GPS/GLONASS, etc. The battery packed inside is of 2300 mAh capacity.
