The Chinese Company Vivo has announced the next flagship smartphone.
The new handset goes by the name Vivo X5 Max. It is a mid-end smartphone
with modest specification. The full specs-sheet is yet to unveil. Vivo
X5 Max stands out with 4.75mm thickness. It is slimmest smartphone
available on earth. The smartphone sports 5.5-inch AMOLED Display,
octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 64-bit SoC, 2GB RAM, 13MP Sony Camera
and runs on Android v4.4 KitKat OS.

Coming to its specs-sheet, Vivo X5 Max features 5.5-inch FHD Super AMOLED display flaunting 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat instead of the latest Android L. It measures just 4.75mm on its thicker ends.
Under the hood, the Vivo X5 Max is powered by octa-cote Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 64-bit processor (Dual cortex processor adding up to octa-core). In terms of memory, the smartphone is offered with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. There is a microSD card slot that serves dual purpose i.e. it can be used as microSIM slot or memory card holder.
On the imaging front, the Vivo Smartphone sports 13MP Sony IMX214 rear shooter with an LED flash for photography and video shooting. The Smartphone also ships with 5MP front snapper for video chats and selfies. For connectivity, the X5 Max supports usual options and detailed options are yet to surface.
The handset is offered with Karaoke App. As per the pricing, new Vivo X5 Max is tagged priced at 2,998 Yuan or $485. For its availability, starting 22nd of December the Chinese folks will be lucky enough to grab the unit. No words on its availability in other potential markets.
