Vivo X3S Revealed in India featuring eight-core CPU

Vivo the well known Chinese smartphone maker has unveiled a new series in Indian market. The new smartphone goes under the X-series and is dubbed as Vivo X3S. The smartphone features 5-inch IPS Display, packs octa-core processor, 1GB RAM, and running on FunTouch OS. Though the device is announced the price tag is yet under wraps. Chinese smartphone makers like Lenovo, Xiaomi, Huawei, etc have also trusted the Indian market. Vivo is all set to get a good hold in the Country’s economy. Not to forget, X5 Max which was claimed the slimmest smartphone is also manufactured under Vivo.
Coming to the specifications, Vivo X3S runs on Android v4.2 Jelly Bean based FunTouch OS. The smartphone features 5-inch IPS touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 by 1280 pixels. Its dimension reads as 143.27 x 71.03 x 5.95 mm and weighs about150 g.
On the hardware terms, the Vivo smartphone is powered by octa-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz. On the memory board, the handset is offered with 1GB RAM, 16GB onboard storage that supports expansion via microSD card for additional storage.
Vivo X3S in terms of imaging features 13 MP rear facing camera with f/1.8 apertures for photography band video recording. There is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for video chats and selfies. Connectivity-wise, the smartphone supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, microUSB, and 3.5mm headphone jack. It is backed up by 2000 mAh capacity and comes with Dual SIM slot.
Before the smartphone is all ready to get into the hands, the smartphone will draw attention in the crowd with 13MP rear snapper that supports various camera options like Normal, beauty, micro-video, HDR, POSE, pre-shot, night and panoramic. Sensors inside the device are distance sensor, light sensor, G sensor and 3 axis gyroscope.
