The Chinese gadget maker is all set to flourish the market with next
Honor smartphone. We are talking about the new Huawei Honor 6 Plus.
Huawei has announced the smartphone for the Chinese Cities. It is the
successor for the August announced Huawei Honor 6. Like the previous
one, folks expect too many things from the new arrival. Honor 6 Plus
comes with 5.5-inch HD Display, packs octa-core CPU coupled with 3GB RAM
and runs on Android v4.4 KitKat OS. The handset is likely to surface in
China in few days with 16GB model tagged for 1999 Yuan. Details

Huawei is not only popular in China but also other leading countries. Following the launch of Honor 6 in early August, the makers are back with the Honor 6 Plus by the year end.
Coming to the specs-sheet, Huawei Honor 6 Plus runs on Android v4.4 KitKat OS with Emotion UI 3.0. The smartphone sports 5.5-inch in-cell LTPS display flaunting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The device measures 150.46 x 75.68 x 7.5mm and weighs about 165grams.
Under the hood, new Honor 6 Plus is powered by quad core 1.8GHz Cortex A15 plus quad core 1.3GHz Cortex A7 resulting to Octa-Core Hisilicon Kirin 925 processor. Memory-wise, the handset packs 3GB RAM, 16GB/ 32GB inbuilt storage that can be expandable for additional storage that can be extended using microSD card up to 128GB. On the graphics board it embeds Mali T628-MP4 GPU.
For photos and video recording, the Honor 6 Plus features Dual 8MP rear facing cameras with F2.0 aperture with Dual LED flash. For video calls and self portrait, the smartphone sports 8MP camera with F2.4 aperture, Sony BSI sensor, 5P lens. On the connectivity terms, the handset supports 4G LTE Cat6 / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (dual band), Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, GPS / GLONASS, microUSB and 3.5mm audio jack.
It is backed up by 3600mAh battery life. It further comes with Dual SIM (micro + nano) support and IR LED for remote control.
