There is lots of confusion happening among Cheers Mobile customers as most of the customers are unable to make or receive calls since Friday evening although we are not sure what is the exact cause of the issue and the customers are still in a fix.
We have been told that the impact has adversely affected Delhi subscribers and things should be back to normal in another couple ofhours.
Although in an official statement Cheers Mobile apologized to its customers for a temporary mobile service disruption due to a technical issue stating which was beyond our control and cited our team has been working round the clock to resolve the issue.
